Vacation Workout

Have you ever been staying somewhere on vacation that has a super weak workout room? They advertise that they have one but it is almost like they don't even really want you to use it. You are going to be short on equipment and probably time as well. Check out this video to give you some ideas before you head down to this 300sq foot masterpiece.

Setting: hotel gym

Level: Beginner/intermediate

Intensity: Stimulation (medium)

Who is it For: Anyone that needs to get a workout done in under 40 mins. w/ minimal equipment available. Minimal training experience needed, movements are all fairly basic.

Equipment Needed: Physio Ball, DBs, mat, tread (if needed for warmup or if you want to hit a little conditioning).
