Option for Cardio Training

A mixed workout can be beneficial for those that may not always enjoy steady state cardio training. I felt that this style of mixed training allows me to move from one aspect to the next and the time flew by. I was able to get the heart rate up without boring myself to death. I spoke a bit about how I thought it went, along with some differences in the adaptations from strength and cardio training.
