Insulin vs Calorie Model
I am watching what I eat and still not losing weight! Why is this happening to me? They told me calorie deficit and I am eating 1200 cals a day for the last two weeks and I have not a lost a pound. Option for Cardio Training
A mixed workout can be beneficial for those that may not always enjoy steady state cardio training. I felt that this style of mixed training allows me to move from one aspect to the next and the time flew by. I was able to get the heart rate up without boring myself to death.
