Upper Body Cable Workout

The cable machines can be a great tool to get a comprehensive workout. One great feature of this common machine is that you can hit movements at different angles with easy adjustments of the attachment points. You can also change the handle that you are using to vary the movement and stimulus to the muscle group. These are pretty common pieces of equipment that allow for one to train primarily on one's feet while attacking the muscles at a variety of angles.
Setting: At gym
Level: Progressing (medium amount of training history)
Intensity: Stimulation (medium)
Who is it For: Someone that has been working out for 3 months or longer that can get to a gym and handle strength movements from a variety of positions. Can you recover from an all upper body workout?
Equipment Needed: Cable machine with 2 arms, a mat, multiple attachments for cable machine.
