Total Body Workout at the gym

If you are just getting started and have access to a gym this workout is a great way to start. You can hit some primal movements that are great for functionality in your daily life while building the muscle that we need.
Setting: GYM
Level: Beginner
Intensity: Development Day (high)
Who is it For: Anyone that is just starting out on their journey. We look to hit
some big movements that are going to build muscle throughout the entire body. We do not want to be terribly sore, if recovery takes 4 days we are missing out the rest of the week. This approach should allow you to feel it a bit the next week but will not cripple you for the rest of the week.
