Front Squat X10 4 sets
Pull-pull-pull/turn 4 sets
3X3 Push-up modifications X6
DB RDLs X8 4 sets
Accessories single leg bicep curls
Copenhagen Planks 15 secs each side X2 sets
Banded Rotations X10/10 X2 sets
