Total Body-2 bell flow to 1 bell flow

This workout will allow you to hit a plethora of primal movements in a super efficient manner. Think of it as putting all of the basics together. You do not need super heavy weights to get the stimulus you are looking for.

Setting: At home or gym

Level: on the advanced side

Intensity: Development (high intensity)

Who is it For: Someone who is familiar with KBs and has good movement capabilities.

Equipment Needed: 2 Kbs that are the same weight. I kept it manageable with 16KG bells. If you are starting out it can be done with 8KG or 12KG. I have additional movements that you can add to the back end once these are mastered and progressed. The entire workout can be done in 35-45 mins.
