Do you want to get started on an exercise program and have no idea where to begin? Many people buy an expensive gym membership and rarely go. Or, when they do go they are relegated to doing a majority of their exercises incorrectly or simply walk on the treadmill to avoid injury. What if you could get an efficient workout in with one very basic piece of equipment? This would take away a lot of your excuses, time, money, equipment, knowledge of what to do are all very common roadblocks. You can get around all of these hurdles with this very basic workout with all of one piece of equipment. The most important thing is that it gets us started. That as we know, is the hardest part.

Who is it For: Parents just starting out, someone who has to workout at home, someone with minimal equipment.
