Nutrition Post-Quality over everything

Over the years I have developed a system for weight loss centered around Nutrition and exercise. I like to take a common sense approach to many things in life and that is why I decided to do some additional research and check to see if my thoughts and practices actually coincide with what has happened in our agricultural history.

If you research weight loss or talk to anyone at a gym, what will they tell you in person or what would pop up on the search? Caloric Deficit. Caloric deficit is a real thing and it can be part of the equation. I wouldn't put it at the top though. What I have been preaching for years is to put quality over everything. Eat the best food possible and avoid eating poison. It almost is not as much about what you eat, it is what you don't eat.

So after some additional research, what I found was actually worse than I thought. I have been fighting seed oils for over a decade. I knew most of this stuff but I found that what I knew was worse than I remember researching before; along with some additional stuff I was not aware of how bad it actually is.

If you want to read the primary study that I dove into it is linked below:

If you do not want to read this lengthy study I made a video summarizing it here.
