More advanced Landmine Workout, Total Body

Setting: Gym

Level: Advanced

Intensity: Development (Hard)

Who is it For: Someone that has good stability and movement capabilities. Many of the movements have power components to them.

Equipment Needed: Landmine, bar, weights.


The entire workout should be able to be completed under 45 mins.
