Lunch Break Workout-1 KB on your feet FULL BODY WORKOUT

Setting: At home or gym

Level: Intermediate/Advanced

Intensity: Development (medium) to high as we combine some metabolic demanding movement with some med. level strength work

Who is it For: Parents who have some experience with KBs. It also helps if you hate cardio on its own as you will satisfy some of those requirements. If you have to workout at home this can get the job done.

Equipment Needed: 1KB, if you have something you can use as a tactile cue that is knee height or just below that can help for the first flow.


Movements performed

loaded hip turn rev. lunge vertical push

KB Clean from the floor-gorilla pull from the floor-KB swing and switch
