DBs+Bench+mat (Total Body Beginner)

Are you looking to get started with some strength training but do not really know what to do with the basic equipment you have? Try these fundamental movements a couple times a week. This super efficient setup can allow you to bang out a quality session in as little as 35 mins!


Setting: At home

Level: Beginner

Intensity: Stimulation (medium)

Who is it For: Parents just starting out, someone who has to workout at home, someone with minimal equipment. If you get dizzy when you workout, this one has minimal head movement!

Equipment Needed: DBs and a bench, a box could even be subbed for a bench, and a mat is all that is needed.



Press from the mat (add reach if you need more abs)

Elevated hip lifts

drop down lunge from 1/2 kneeling position

DB Row

1 legged vertical push with DBs
