Connect your nutritional habits, my kids don't eat protein!

This video will explain how to make your food prep work for you. We want to make sure that we are at least coming to close to finishing our batch cooked meals while also not get bored with eating healthy. We give everyone some basic things we can do to make it seem like we are not eating the same meal, every meal, for 3.5 days in a row.

The second reason we made the vid was for anyone that has kids who do not understand that they should eat protein with every meal. I have two kids that want to have a snacky carb fest every day for lunch and then wonder why they are "starving" by 500pm. I try to include the slightest bit of protein in their lunch everyday and they just don't eat it no matter what I do it seems like. So I decided lunch is what it is right now for them. If I can limit the poison in there that is all that I can really do until they are ready to eat like young adults. I am not there and they are going to do whatever they are going to do so I am choosing to try to make the other two meals as protein laden and nutritious as possible. I figured that I cannot be the only parent that has picky eaters for children that act as though they are trying to contract every comorbidity possible. We were just about out of bread so I decided to use that to my advantage and get some extra protein on their plate, this actually worked for me so it may have a chance with your kids as well.
