Challenging lower body workout

If you have been training for a while and have access to a gym this can be a great option for you. There is quite a bit of equipment needed but most gyms will have a majority of what you need for this workout. If you need a sub for a particular exercise because you do not have access to the equipment needed for some reason simply hit me in the comments!

Level: Advanced
Intensity: Development (HARD)
Who is it For: Someone that has been working out perhaps with more traditional lifts and would like a new challenge
Equipment needed: Barbell, Step, DBs, lighter clubs, weighted vest or chains (optional), KBs
ankle weights (optional)
