Who is it For: Parents just starting out, someone who has to workout at home, someone with minimal equipment.

Equipment Needed: lighter chair, looped band



This at home workout will give you plenty of different positions to master with minimal loads. All of the movements are easy to modify and require only two pieces of equipment that everyone should be able to find around the house. This workout will provide you with three movements for 5 reps each. It is recommended that you run each of the 3 movements 3X before moving onto the next conjugate. This workout will be easy to progress as the body begins to adapt.
