Barbell Total Body Workout

Are you looking for something maybe a bit more advanced that you can progressively overload but do not want to get hurt? I would consider a barbell workout that gets spread out across the whole body. These movements and tools are a bit more advanced but are definitely doable with a little bit of practice and coaching.

Setting: Gym

Level: advanced

Intensity: higher (Development Day)

Who is it For: Someone that has a training history and is comfortable working with barbells. This type of total body workout will allow you to experience the difficult lifts but hopefully allow you to recover from them as the volume per muscle group is low, while the intensity is higher.

Equipment Needed: Squat rack and platform, bench, bands, clubs (you can sub these out for some ab or DB work).
