2 bells and 1 mat

Are you looking for a fairly basic workout that will satisfy nearly all of your weekly requirements? Are you short on time and possibly equipment as well? None of that is a problem for you now! This is a total body workout that you can do in your living room. You don't need super heavy weights or tons of equipment. You can also satisfy some cardio requirements while changing positions frequently.
