Building a Nutrition Plan

How do I get started?

"I want to lose weight but anytime I try to diet I feel like I am always hungry and cannot wait to get off the diet."

Willpower and dedication can be important but walking around starving is not it! We want to have a sustainability to the process that will allow you to gain long term success.

In the linked video I talk about some things that can help you make some important decisions for yourself when building your plan along with some things that we do not want to do. If we can avoid some common mistakes and shape our plan with some concepts specific to yourself, we greatly increase our chances of being successful. I would think of our nutrition as a long term plan that is designed to not only lose weight but to be happy and healthy. I feel that is the preferred approach that has a much better chance of working over time. If you hate doing it every step of the way its going to be a tough process that is most likely going to fail. Check out some do's and don'ts and as always hit me in the comments with questions!
