This program is not a "meal plan". What we are looking to do is to take a practical approach to developing a personalized plan that works for yourself. I am not looking to confuse anyone with big words and cite a bunch of studies. The key to getting the body you want is to develop a plan centered around your habits and improving them. The content that you are going to learn here is going to be stuff that you have heard of before. The problem is no one has ever asked you how you are going to actually execute the plan. You can have the greatest information in the world but if you have no chance of being able to carry out and execute any of it you are not going to be successful. This program will force you to plan everything out logistically so that your results are just a matter of time. Finally, the habits will be developed and you will never have to "diet" again. We know that Diets Don't Work....We don't need to argue about which dogmatic approach works better, we need to simply learn how to eat high quality food consistently.
